About

A brief stint as an IT recruiter, left me so miserable that I spent all of my free time obsessing over my next meal, preparing lavish lunches to bring with me to the dingy office.  Fianlly, in a moment of clarity and in the midst of yet another loathsome job, I decided to change everything in my life...

I moved to Sothern California, graduated from culinary school in 2003 and became a personal chef.  Although I was trained in the classic French style of cooking, my personal style of preparing heatlhy meals seemed to take precedence to the heavy French sauces and traditional preparations.

My good friend Robin introduced me to Bauman College where I completed the Nutrition Educator program in 2009 and Nutrition Consultant program in 2010.  Bauman shares my enthusiasm for fresh, seasonal, organic food as the foundation to good health.  In 2010, I wanted to expand my knowledge of health and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Beside food, my loves are my husband, two Yorkies and running.  In February 2009, I completed my first marathon in Huntington Beach, CA and in 2010 I completed my first half marathon in Venice, CA.
